NOTES:

  • Free memory is the amount of available memory (RAM).

  • Please contant us if your business needs to run more than 3 computers for the server requirement.

Yes, this software can be run on Linux and has been comprehensively being tested in MS Windows and Linux OS.

Try the following steps:
  1. Make sure that you run the installation process as Administrator (Run as Administrator).
  2. Please turn off your Firewall and Anti Virus software and retry the installation.
  3. If installation is still failed after trying the above steps, please contact us for further assistance.
There are several possibilities:
  1. Computer Network (LAN)
    Please make sure that your computer is being connected to the network by trying to "ping" the server. If the "ping" is successful, please check the other possibilities below.
  2. Firewall
    Try to disable (turn off) your firewall in your server. If the software run smoothly after you disable the firewall, please check the firewall settings to make sure that the port that is being used (can be seen in "applicationServer.conf") is not being blocked by the firewall.
  3. Anti-virus or Anti-malware
    Try to disable your anti-virus and anti-malware in your computers because some anti-viruses make a mistake (false positive) during detection process. We guarantee that our software is FREE from viruses or malware.
  4. If your computer still can not connect to the server after trying the above steps, please contact us for further assistance.
Yes. During office hours, we provide support by phone, message (WA) email, and remote access (with your permission) if needed. Outside office hours, you can send emails or messages to us and we will response in the next working day. For customers whose support period is still active, we will help you to solve your problem within 2 working days. For customers whose support period has expire, we will help you to solve your problem within 5 working days.
